• Check in between 3pm & 7pm on day of arrival. Late arrivals 7pm to midnight are subject to an additional charge as per booking. Checkout 9.30am - 10.00am latest
• The party is to be exactly as described on the reservation form
• Deposits paid are non-refundable at 30% of total booking price
• No booking has been made until the deposit has been paid.
• Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival date are to be paid for in full
• Cancellations only accepted in writing
• Payment implies acceptance of all terms and conditions
