Apartment bookings are only confirmed when a deposit is recieved, and acknowledged in writing by ourselves. Balance must be paid 28 days prior to arrival. Please book your apartment as soon as possible to avoid disapointment

2. The party is to be exactly as described on the reservation form
3. Deposits paid are non-refundable at 33% of total booking price
4. Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival date are to be paid for in full
5. Cancellations only accepted in writing
7. Payment implies acceptance of all terms and conditions
