Each Apartment Has the following :-

Cots with bedding are available for a small extra charge. Wheelchair access for the ground floor.

Apartment One
Ground Floor Front - recommended for 2 Persons

Spacious & modern studio apartment with 2 seater leather settee, 26" LCD TV with built in freeview. Pull down spring interior 4'6" double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and central heating radiator. Open plan fully fitted & equipped kitchen to include: oven, ceramic hob & extractor, kettle, toaster, microwave & full size integral fridge. Fitted breakfast bar with 2 dining chairs. Solid oak floor throughout. En-suite shower room with ceramic tiled floor, comprising of toilet, full size basin with mirror over, shaver socket, fully tiled shower cubicle with safety glass door, electric shower & extractor fan and central heating radiator.

Apartment Two
Ground Floor - recommended for up to 8 persons or 2 couples

Modern lounge with 3 leather sofas, TV, DVD player, freeview box & 2 central heating radiators. Wooden floor throughout and open plan to a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with automatic washing machine, oven, hob, extractor, kettle, toaster, microwave, full size integral fridge and fitted breakfast bar to seat upto 8 guests & back door leading to small patio area. Two bedrooms both containing a 4ft 6" double bed, a set of full sized bunkbeds, wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside cabinet. Situated one at each end of the apartment with fitted carpet & central heating radiator in each. Wetroom with shower, basin & toilet. Fully tiled floor, shelf, mirror over basin & heated towel rail. 2nd cloakroom toilet with wash handbasin with mirror over & ceramic tiled floor.

Apartment Three
First Floor Front - recommended for 2 - 4 Persons

Spacious lounge with king size bed settee, TV, DVD player, freeview box, central heating radiator, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinet and dining table in bay. Fully fitted & equipped kitchenette with laminated wood floor, oven, hob, extractor, kettle, toaster, microwave & full size fridge. One bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and central heating radiator. En-suite shower room with ceramic tiled floor, comprising: Fully tiled shower cubicle with safety glass door electric shower and extractor, full size wash hand basin with mirror over and shaving socket, toilet and central heating radiator.

Apartment Four
First Floor - recommended for 2 Persons

Spacious studio with 5ft bed-settee, wardrobe, TV, DVD player, freeview box, dining table and central heating radiator. Fully fitted kitchenette with laminated wood floor, comprising: oven, hob & extractor, kettle, toaster, microwave & full size fridge. Door to en-suite shower room with ceramic tiled floor, fully tiled shower cubicle with safety glass door, electric shower and extractor, basin with mirror over, toilet and central heating radiator.

Apartment Five
First Floor - recommended for up to 3 persons

Cosy modern lounge with 2 seater leather settee, leather chair, TV, DVD player, freeview box & central heating radiator. Open to a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, kettle, toaster, microwave, full size integral fridge & breakfast bar to seat 3 guests. Two bedrooms one double and one single both containing a wardrobe, bedside cabinet & central heating radiator. Shower room with ceramic tiled floor, full size wash hand basin with mirror over, toilet, fully tiled shower cubicle with electric shower fitted, safety glass door and extractor & central heating radiator.

Apartment Six
The penthouse - recommended for up to 6 Persons or 2 couples

Occupying the whole of the second floor. Spacious and modern open plan living, lounge area with two leather sofa's, coffee table, TV, DVD player & freeview box. Open plan to a fully fitted & equipped kitchen with stainless steel oven, hob & extractor, integral fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave. Fitted breakfast bar with 6 modern bar stools and quality linoleum flooring. 2 bedrooms: one 4ft double with a bedside cabinet, wardrobe and chest of drawers and one 4ft double with a child size set of bunk beds (suitable for children upto approx. 10 years, bunkbeds 5ft long), double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. Shower room with ceramic tiled floor, comprising: full size wash hand basin with mirror over and shaving socket, toilet, fully tiled large shower cubicle with electric shower fitted, safety glass door, extractor and heated towel rail. Full central heating.
